Free Europass Workshop – Horizontal Skills «Soft Skills» – LEDRA COLLEGE – (EKEB202)

The Cyprus Productivity Centre, as the National Europass Centre (NCC) Cyprus, organises free workshops, of 3 hours duration, open to all interested parties. The workshops will be held on a permanent basis in all cities of Cyprus.

The majority of the program will focus on the self-assessment, diagnosis, and improvement of participants’ soft skills. Particular emphasis will be placed on the following skills:

– Effective Communication,

– Organization and Time Management,

– Stress Management,

– Flexibility, Adaptability, and Effective Change Management,

– The Value of Teamwork and Collaboration,

– Creativity, Critical Thinking, and Effective Problem Solving, and

– Emotional Intelligence.
